This is a beginners grappling & Jiu-jitsu seminar hosted by NoGi British Grappling Champion Caz Tweedy. Come & learn the basics needed to survive on the mat & help improve your technique on the ground, or for those more seasoned on the ground, challenge yourself against the coaches. This should be a fun and useful day for all.
